About the water
Water is a main resource of life. All known life on earth consists largely of water and depends on it. For Newboard, water also means freshness and coolness, change and renewal.
Also, there is the symbolism of high waves, of deep oceans and of meandering rivers that find their way. Of sailing towards the horizon to find new adventures and running into a safe port again.
Even the name Newboard is founded on ‘something to do with water’. Inspired by the word Seaboard (where the water meets the shore), we eventually came to Newboard because it also resembles "New-on-board". Like with a ship.
